She holds a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Washington and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Nicole's perspective is always shaped by the ultimate litmus test - would she pay for this service for her own son with (dis)abilities? This perspective drives Nicole to provide the best in quality service.

She is committed to individualized programming that preserves the dignity and unique human experience of her clients.

Nicole co-chairs the Adult Services Committee for the Washington Association for Behavior Analysis and is excited to offer practicum mentorship and supervision for interested BCBAs in training in 2024!
